WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. Manufacturer's Warranty
The Manufacturer's Warranty is valid on condition that you comply with the recommendations of the "Responsibilities of the User" section.
Technical Service of Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC, the official representative of the DGM Manufacturer in Russia and CIS countries, and Service Centers authorized by the Manufacturer (ASC) are responsible for Commissioning, routine maintenance and warranty repair.

2. Warranty period
The warranty period of the equipment, if no other conditions are agreed, is 12 months from the date of its commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of delivery.
3. Manufacturer's liability
The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any possible damage, directly or indirectly caused to people or any property, if it is the result of improper use of the sterilizer, failure to comply with the rules and conditions of its use or storage, deliberate or negligent actions of the User or third parties.
4. Warranty claims
In order to determine the cause of the warranty case and the coming into force of the Manufacturer's warranty obligations, it is necessary to fill in the form "Statement of Complaint". Following copies should be attached to the Statement of Complaint: Warranty card, Act of Commissioning, Routine Maintenance Contract. These documents should be addressed to the official representative of the DGM Manufacturer in Russia and CIS countries: Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC at the address:

No complaints or claims will be considered and no warranty repair will be made without the above mentioned documents.
5. Documents required to be presented in a warranty case
List of documents:
- Statement of Complaint (download) with the stamp of organization and signature of responsible person
- Warranty card, with date of sale and seals of the Seller and the Manufacturer
- Routine maintenance contract
- Act of Commissioning
6. Devices and consumables not replaced under the warranty
Devices and consumables that are subject to natural wear and tear:
- Heat-resistant silicone door gaskets
- Filters and microfilters
- Printers cartridges
- Paper and rollers for printers
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE USER
1. Commissioning
The User should contact the official representative of the DGM Manufacturer in Russia and CIS countries for installation and commissioning of the sterilizer: Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC.
Commissioning of the sterilizer, including services for installation and pre-service preparation of the sterilizer, as well as training of the User's employees, should be carried out by certified engineers of the Technical Service of Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC or the Service Center authorized by the Manufacturer!
Except for the equipment, for which it is still possible to perform the commissioning by non-authorized service centers.
Malfunctions resulting from commissioning performed by persons or organizations that do not have official authorization of the Manufacturer, will NOT be repaired under the warranty.
2. Routine maintenance
The User should contact the official representative of the DGM Manufacturer in Russia and CIS countries for routine maintenance of the sterilizer: Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC.
Routine maintenance of the sterilizer is carried out by certified engineers of the Technical Service of Pharmstandard-Medtechnika LLC or the Service Center authorized by the Manufacturer.
Except for the equipment, for which it is still possible to perform the maintenance by non-authorized service centers.
Malfunctions resulting from non-performance of routine maintenance or its performance by persons or organizations that do not have official authorization of the Manufacturer, will NOT be repaired under the warranty.
The following works do not relate to warranty repair and are performed at the expense of the User:
1. Commissioning
Complex of measures for putting the sterilizer into operation, including services for installation and pre-service preparation of the sterilizer, as well as training of the User's employees on the rules of use of the sterilizer and its daily preventive maintenance.
2. Routine maintenance
Complex of technical and organizational measures/services, regulated by operational documentation, to maintain the operability of the sterilizer and to ensure the efficiency of performance of the specified functions when using the sterilizer for its intended purpose.
3. Damages and malfunctions
Repair of the sterilizer, including spare parts, failure of which is caused by violation of the rules of operation or warranty conditions.
