Heat sealing machines can be pulse and rotary. The difference between the seam of a thermosealing machine and the adhesive layer of sealed bags is that the seam of the thermosealing machine ensures better air-tightness of the package and, consequently, a longer period of product sterility inside the bag.

Rotary heat sealing machines are the most sophisticated solution and are perfect for sealing large flow quantities. For example, at a pharmacological production facility or a central sterilization department, where a large number of various medical devices are sterilized.

Impulse heat sealing machines, in contrast to rotary ones, have a simpler structure, but at the same time, they are an economical solution. They are great for sealing small quantities of packaging materials, for example in small clinics.
