DGM ES 50 is a medium capacity unit for washing and disinfection of surgical, ophthalmological and dental instruments, medical shoes, instruments for minimally invasive surgery, feeding bottles and laboratory glassware. Available in a single-door version.

High capacity in a compact model: Chamber volume ~ 171 lt / 45.2 Gal US, Useful volume ~ 150 lt / 39.9 Gal US; External dimensions (D×W×H): 630×600 (900)×850 mm
Cycles for all needs: 40 programs for different types of medical instruments (20 preprogrammed, 20 user defined)
High-quality: stainless steel AISI 316L for washing chamber, triple water filtering system for protection recirculation and drain pumps, washing system with powerful circulation pump
Total control throughout the cycle including two independent PT1000 temperature probes, sensors control chamber water level to prevent overflow, vacuum switch for checking chemical products

DGM ES 50 has two types of drying systems: Heating element (enough for surgical instruments); Filtered force air drying system (the best system for different types of tubular instrument). Equipped with two standard chemical dosing pumps. A wide range of options are available on request.
