The PHS MD-230 is a high-capacity washer-disinfector designed for use in Central Sterile Supply Departments (CSSDs). It is available in both pass-through (double-door) and single-door configurations.

Control system (in-house developed software)

  • Data logging screen with a tabular display of chamber temperature, allowing the operator to monitor the process in real time and save process data to an external storage device. 

  • Process parameters are displayed on the LCD screen in the form of tables, diagrams, and graphs.

  • Operation confirmation prompts are displayed on the LCD screen to help prevent operator errors.

  • Maintenance reminders are displayed on the LCD screen to indicate when routine maintenance is required.
